PHILADELPHIA — Philadelphia 76ers guard Jared McCain, who was already working on recovering from a torn meniscus, suffered a new setback during a workout on Thursday.
McCain sustained a UCL tear in his right thumb, the team confirmed. The 76ers and McCain are currently consulting with physicians to determine the best course of action for treating the injury.
