Tamil action thriller *Madharaasi*, starring Sivakarthikeyan, is all set for its OTT debut on Amazon Prime Video starting October 1. The film will be available in multiple languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam, making it accessible to a broad audience.

*Madharaasi* explores the intriguing case of Fregoli delusion—a rare psychological disorder where the affected person believes that strangers or acquaintances are actually people they know in disguise. According to the Cleveland Clinic, Fregoli syndrome causes paranoia, anxiety, and agitation, adding a unique psychological layer to the high-octane thriller.
Despite receiving mixed reviews, *Madharaasi* has grossed over ₹97.69 crore worldwide, making it Sivakarthikeyan’s fourth-highest earner after *Amaran*, *Don*, and *Doctor*.
