**Ganesh Chaturthi Festivities at Lalbaugcha Raja: Mukesh and Nita Ambani Pay Reverent Visit**
Mumbai’s Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations witnessed a divine moment on Wednesday, September 3, as Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani and Reliance Foundation Chairperson Nita Ambani paid a heartfelt visit to the iconic Lalbaugcha Raja. Known as the city’s most revered Ganesh idol, the King of Lalbaug once again drew thousands of devotees, including one of India’s most prominent families.
### Mukesh & Nita Ambani Join Afternoon Aarti
The Ambani couple visited the famous pandal in the evening, bowing before Lord Ganesha — affectionately called Bappa — and touching his feet in reverence. They were seen holding a section of a massive floral garland offered to the deity. Following this, Mukesh Ambani lovingly placed a tilak on Nita Ambani’s forehead, creating a heartwarming moment.
They also joined devotees in the aarti, folding their hands and chanting “Ganpati Bappa Morya” along with the crowd, expressing their devotion amid the festive fervor.
### Anant Ambani’s Visit to Lalbaugcha Raja
Just a day earlier, on the seventh day of the festival (September 2), their youngest son, Anant Ambani, sought blessings at Lalbaugcha Raja during a midnight visit. Accompanied by close friend Shikhar Pahariya, Anant, dressed in a navy-blue sherwani, prayed before the idol and touched Bappa’s feet. His security team ensured smooth orderliness amid the large gathering of devotees.
### Important Darshan Updates for Devotees
As the festival nears its culmination with visarjan scheduled for Anant Chaturdashi on September 6, the Lalbaugcha Raja Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal has issued important reminders regarding darshan timings:
– **Charan Sparsh Darshan queue** will close on **Thursday, September 4, at 12:00 pm**.
– **Mukh Darshan queue** will close on **Friday, September 5, at 12:00 pm**.
With crowds swelling in the narrow lanes of Lalbaug, devotees are urged to plan their visits in advance and avoid last-minute rushes to ensure a smooth and safe darshan experience.
