An SWG poll has revealed that 15% of Italians consider attacks on Jewish people to be justifiable. This finding comes amid intensifying protests related to the Israel-Hamas conflict.
Pro-Palestinian activists recently demonstrated in solidarity with the Global Sumud Flotilla and Gaza. The protestors marched towards the Italian Foreign Ministry in Rome, Italy, on September 25, 2025, expressing their support for the Palestinian cause.
Despite the protests, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni has maintained strong support for Israel during the ongoing conflict.
