‘Rotten Chicken, Filthy Kitchen’: Shocking Allegations Against KFC Outlet In Bengaluru – VIDEO

**Shocking Food Safety Allegations Emerge from KFC Outlet in Bengaluru’s HSR Layout**

Bengaluru: KFC lovers, a disturbing incident has recently come to light from a popular KFC outlet in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, raising serious concerns about food safety and hygiene practices at the fast-food chain.

A page on X, “Karnataka Portfolio,” shared a harrowing experience reported by one of its female followers. According to the detailed post, the woman encountered an unbearable stench and visibly rotten meat in a Hot & Spicy Chicken Zinger Burger she ordered. She described the burger patty as slimy, spoiled, and completely inedible.

When the woman raised the issue with the outlet staff and requested a replacement, she was shocked to receive another burger in a similar condition, exhibiting the same foul odor and spoiled meat. Instead of addressing her complaint seriously, the staff allegedly dismissed her concerns, claiming “it’s just the sauce smell.”

Things took a turn for the worse when, rather than providing a proper chicken replacement, the staff attempted to serve her a vegetarian burger. What made the experience even more alarming was the discovery that other families, including small children, were also consuming similarly spoiled food.

Another customer at the outlet reportedly asked for a fresh patty but was again served a rotten piece. When the concerned customers requested to inspect the kitchen—a right that should be allowed—the staff gave a series of excuses, saying the manager was unavailable and that customers could not enter after 10 PM.

### Dirty and Unhygienic Kitchen Conditions Revealed

After persistent pressure from customers, access to the kitchen was finally granted. The visitors found the kitchen to be dirty and unhygienic. The page claims that the breading water used for coating the chicken was contaminated and dirty. A video of the kitchen, shared by “Karnataka Portfolio,” supports these alarming claims.

Further allegations include the repeated use of blackened cooking oil, foul-smelling meat stored in cold storage areas, moldy sheets, rust, and visible filth. The floor was reportedly covered in stains and spit marks, indicating a severe lack of cleanliness.

### Police Called, Kitchen Locked, Yet Orders Continued

According to the post, police were called to the scene. Once the authorities arrived, the kitchen staff locked the kitchen for about half an hour but continued to fulfill Swiggy and Zomato delivery orders during this time. Nearly 30–40 deliveries were reportedly dispatched using the same spoiled ingredients.

### Customers Confront Management

When confronted by customers and questioned by the police, the store manager allegedly admitted that he wouldn’t serve such food to his own family. However, he continued to insist that the food “meets our standards.”

### Similar Incident Reported Earlier

This is not an isolated event. Earlier in July, an Instagram user, “bano.fitindia,” shared an alleged video of an undercooked chicken burger from a KFC outlet in Bengaluru, sparking similar concerns among customers.

The revelations have sparked widespread outrage, highlighting the need for stricter food safety and hygiene regulations at popular fast-food chains to protect consumers. Customers are urged to exercise caution and report any questionable food safety practices encountered at food outlets.
