Trump Announces Israel-Hamas Gaza Deal; Hostages to Be Released Within 72 Hours
Former President Donald Trump announced that Israel and Hamas have reached a deal concerning the Gaza conflict, with hostages expected to be released within 72 hours.
According to sources within the Hamas organization speaking to the Lebanese outlet Al Mayadeen, the agreement is set to be signed in Egypt on Thursday afternoon.
Meanwhile, families of hostages and activists held a protest at the Prime Minister’s Residence in Jerusalem on October 5, 2025, demanding swift action and the safe return of their loved ones.
