MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Elections (Comelec) is committed to conducting the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) elections before the March 21, 2026 deadline recently set by the Supreme Court (SC).
Comelec Chair George Garcia made this statement in an interview with reporters following the commission’s second dialogue with local leaders.
