2. Head along South Boulevard toward the water feature in Bleu Sector 5.
3. Go down the steps and pass through the tunnel leading south.
4. You will emerge at the location where Goomy can spawn.
As long as it is raining, Goomy should appear here. It may take a few visits before the little Dragon-type pops up, so be patient.
