Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMD) announced on Monday that it has completed the divestment of ZT Systems, its U.S.-headquartered data center infrastructure manufacturing business, to Sanmina Corporation (NASDAQ: SANM).
As part of the transaction, AMD will retain ZT Systems’ world-class design and customer enablement teams. This strategic move is aimed at accelerating AMD’s focus on innovation and enhancing customer solutions.
