Parson accounts for 4 TDs as Austin Peay beats Central Arkansas 41-38

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Chris Parson accounted for four touchdowns to help Austin Peay reclaim the lead twice in a thrilling 41-38 victory over Central Arkansas on Saturday.

Parson was involved in all of the Governors’ touchdowns, showcasing his versatility and leadership on the field. His standout moment came with a 19-yard rush with 7:25 remaining in the game, which proved to be the decisive, game-winning effort.

In addition to his scoring plays, Parson contributed 73 rushing yards, playing a key role in securing the win for Austin Peay.
