The ex-WWE star also praised other WWE legends for putting over talents. Ken Anderson, more famously known as Mr. Kennedy, was one of the biggest “what ifs” in WWE history. He won the Money in the Bank briefcase in 2007, but a misdiagnosis changed the trajectory of his career. He was eventually released two years later. Thanks for the submission! Speaking with Maven on his Mic Check show on YouTube, Mr. Kennedy discussed the difference between RAW and SmackDown during his time. “I always felt like you had the two mountains, right? The RAW Mountain and the Smackdown Mountain. And on the Smackdown side, you had Taker, Booker T, Rey Mysterio, Batista and Kane, and all these guys were like throwing hands down, rope, ladders and stuff and like, ‘Come on. The air is fine. We can all breathe up here.’ And the other side was, you know, (Shawn) Michaels, Triple H and John Cena f*cking kicking buckets of hot oil down the side, and say, ‘Stay off my mountain,’ you know? Kicking boulders and stuff,” Kennedy said. Mr. Kennedy got a huge push on SmackDown, getting wins over the likes of The Undertaker, Kane, Rey Mysterio and more. His fortunes turned on RAW, unable to recapture the magic from the blue brand. He did add that he has heard good things about Triple H now, saying that he’s a changed man as a WWE executive.
