Samsung consistently tops surveys for customer satisfaction The National Skills and Repair Competition is conducted by Samsung to improve the foundation of its Samsung Care program. Technicians compete and sharpen their skills in both customer service and technical repair. They participate in hands-on challenges that test accuracy, speed, and soft skills, areas that have a direct impact on the end user experience. 10 finalists from across the United States took part in the seventh annual competition for consumer electronics, think washing machines and refrigerators, for a chance to win the Top Tech title. The finals were held at Samsung’s Technical Training Center in New Jersey. Participants were put through simulated real-world customer service scenarios which involved diagnosing the issue as if they were providing the service at a customer’s home, replacing parts while delivering the service with speed and accuracy. The fifth annual mobile repair competition saw 13 of America’s most skilled device technicians compete against each other at Samsung’s Plano, Texas campus. They were assessed on their accuracy, speed, and quality of work on diagnosis of the issue and the repairs performed. Such competitions enable Samsung to deliver solid after-sales service to customers, evidenced by its top rankings in the 2025 American Customer Satisfaction Index survey for TV and home appliance service experience. It also ranked number one for ease of arranging service.
