ST. LOUIS — Police in South Saint Louis have arrested 42-year-old Blake Detter in connection with a theft investigation involving multiple missing golf carts.
Detter was apprehended Friday night after officers found him riding one of the stolen golf carts. Despite being ordered to stop, Detter attempted to flee, which led to his arrest.
