Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said on Sunday that he has seen no formal proposal to overhaul the Affordable Care Act (ACA), despite President Trump’s recent calls to eliminate the program.
Instead of the ACA, President Trump has advocated for directing the funds back into the pockets of the American people.
“We don’t have a formal proposal,” Bessent stated in an interview on ABC.
