Nick Offerman recently teased his upcoming appearance on Amy Poehler’s **Good Hang** podcast, sharing a mix of nervousness and excitement about being interviewed by his *Parks and Recreation* co-star.
In a recent interview at the New York premiere of his latest TV show, *Death by Lightning*, Offerman confirmed that he is scheduled to record his episode on Poehler’s podcast soon. While looking forward to the experience, the *Last of Us* actor admitted to PEOPLE that being interviewed by Poehler feels “like being interviewed by your sister.” He added, “I’m excited to see her, and I’m crazy about Amy. I just wanna do a good job.”
Offerman also acknowledged the wide reach of Poehler’s platform and expressed hope that he would avoid any typical “faux pas” during the conversation. As of now, there is no official announcement on when the episode featuring Offerman will air.
Interestingly, this will technically be Offerman’s second appearance on *Good Hang*. He previously made a brief guest spot on the August 12, 2025 episode, which starred Adam Scott as the main guest. During that episode, Offerman and Poehler discussed Scott’s acting career and shared their admiration for him.
Offerman’s confirmation about his upcoming podcast appearance comes just one month after a hilarious reunion with fellow *Parks and Recreation* co-star Jim O’Heir on a shared flight. Offerman teamed up with flight attendants to prank O’Heir, who was completely unaware of Offerman’s presence until the prank was revealed.
This new appearance on *Good Hang* also marks several years since Offerman and Poehler co-hosted the NBC reality competition series *Making It* together. Since its launch earlier this year, *Good Hang*—which was announced in February and debuted the following month—has featured several other *Parks and Recreation* actors as guests, including Aubrey Plaza, Rashida Jones, and Aziz Ansari.
