BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo man has been charged in connection with the death of a Buffalo woman that occurred in July, according to the Erie County District Attorney’s Office.
Wendell M. Brooks, 44, faces multiple charges including second-degree manslaughter, leaving the scene of an incident without reporting resulting in death, and tampering with physical evidence.
Officials allege that Brooks was driving at the time of the incident. Further details have not been released at this time as the investigation continues.
