### Offer Registration and Eligible Booking Channels
To participate, Members must register for this offer on any of the following channels during the period that begins on **November 12, 2025** and runs through **December 30, 2025**:

– wyndhamhotels.com or any official brand websites of any participating Hotel Chain
– The “My Promotions” section of their Wyndham Rewards Member account
– The Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App
Any Member who registers according to these requirements will occasionally be referred to as a “Registered Member.”
### Booking & Stay Requirements
After registering, but no later than December 30, 2025, Registered Members must:
– Book one or more Qualified Stays at a Participating Hotel on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below)
– Complete such stay(s) by December 31, 2025
The requirements set forth above are collectively referred to as the “Booking & Stay Requirements.”
#### Direct Booking Channels Include:
1. [www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards](https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards), wyndhamhotels.com, or any official brand websites of the Hotel Chains
2. The official toll-free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains
3. Onsite at a participating hotel, booked directly with such property
4. The Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App
### Diamond Level Offer Details
Except as noted for Members earning Travel Partner Currency (see below), a Registered Member who books and completes one or more Qualified Stays according to the Booking & Stay Requirements will receive **5X the amount of Base Points** for each qualified stay, as would have been earned under the Program Terms, absent this offer (“Diamond Offer Bonus Points”).
**Example:**
A Registered Member completes a Qualified Stay that normally earns **2,000 Base Points** according to the Program Terms. With this offer, they would earn a total of **10,000 points** (2,000 Base Points + 8,000 Diamond Offer Bonus Points).
**Maximum Bonus:**
A Member can earn a maximum of **60,000 Diamond Offer Bonus Points** through this offer.
**Additional Notes:**
– No-show bookings do not receive Diamond Offer Bonus Points.
– This offer is **not valid at Super 8 by Wyndham hotels in Mainland China**.
– Qualified Stays **do not include third-party online bookings**. Full details on Qualified Stays can be found in the Program Terms.
– Diamond Offer Bonus Points will generally be posted to an eligible Member’s account within 6 to 8 weeks following completion of the stay.
### Ineligible Stays
Any stay that:
– Is booked or started before registration for this offer
– Begins before November 12, 2025
– Ends after December 31, 2025
will **not be counted** towards this Diamond Level Offer.
Stays at **Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties**, **vacation club resorts**, **vacation rentals**, and stays booked as **Free Nights or Discounted Nights with Points + Cash** are **not eligible** for this offer.
### Travel Partner Currency (Miles Earners)
Members who have elected to earn airline miles or other Travel Partner Currency will:
– Earn base miles in accordance with the Program Terms
– Receive Diamond Offer Bonus Points in the form of Wyndham Rewards points
– Bonus amount will be equal to **4X the number of base miles** (or other applicable Travel Partner Currency)
