The Young and the Restless (Y&R) preview video for the week of December 1-5 reveals that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will confront Matt Clark aka “Mitch Bacall” (Roger Howarth) in LA while Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) hints at a risky plan that could alarm the Abbotts. Y&R’s weekly promo begins with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) lashing out at Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) at Crimson Lights. Based on the way Nate will be looking at Audra, she’ll think it’s clear he’s never going to forgive her past mistakes. Audra will grow frustrated since no matter how many times she tells Nate she’s sorry, it’s never enough. It’ll also be obvious to Audra that Nate is moving on with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), so that’ll pour salt in the wound as far as Audra’s concerned. Meanwhile, Jack will talk to Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) about Victor having a weapon that could bury Jabot. Although Jack will have a plan to stop the threat, he won’t be sure the rest of the Abbotts are going to like it! While Jack spills that news, Victor will decide it’s time to take a trip to Los Angeles and see Matt for himself. When Victor walks in The Shadow Room, Matt will be there dropping some ominous hints about what’s to come. “They deserve every bit of hell that’s coming their way,” Matt tells Detective Burrow (Matt Cohen) in Y&R’s weekly preview video. “Well, I’ll be damned. Matt Clark,” Victor declares as he suddenly appears and confronts Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) worst enemy. Victor will soon insist that by messing with Nick and Noah Newman (Lucas Adams), Matt has messed with Victor, too. Matt may argue that Noah’s the one who hit the sheets with his wife, but Victor won’t care about the whole Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) mess. What’ll matter to Victor is that Matt poses a lethal threat to his family and needs to be dealt with permanently!
